Where do I ask about the Master/Teacher level topics?

Hey Big Guys & Gals , ( Big - as in well versed , Boss - material, the supervisor types - You got it )

I see level 1, 2, 3 Main topics ( I don't know what you call it ) here, but I don't see the master/teacher level here? will that go under level 3?
Because, I GOT questions....

The master/teacher level evolved into being in early 2000. Before that it waspretty much just reiki master. Unless Wayne has a different idea/opinion, I think it's fine to post those questions here.
