when I got involved with Reiki it
was introduced to me as non-religious. I
do not teach it as a religion. I teach it
as a healing tool. People will find their
own way to integrate God/Goddess/Grandfather
into their Reiki Practice.

Imagine if your grandpa were around today , what a never ending fountain of spiritual knowledge and wisdom he would be.

realy i miss him because he had great treasure of this true science even he has lot of sidhi but he never told anybody and everytime hide it. We knew because we lived togather.In ancient time when any body go to spiritual path he left home( or become saint) but he never favour of this he believe home is best place to do practise of spirituality . ( sorry you make me sentimental)



I read a wonderful book called Ropes to God - discovering the african bushman spiritual universe.....in it it talks about certain practices which stimulate the kundalini to rise.......creating a ladder to heaven and to the ancestors...just as in ancient Indian cultures.....the same spiritual energies that reside in the human being were being stimulated for the same purposes, to develop the siddhi powers....., clairvoyance, telepathy, healing, mediumship etc..... the same work has been going on for thousands of years....just given different names.....
this is truth..... because i have practical experience due to my grandpa.....


friends not think i share this for appriciation for any religion or country just to show the depath of this path with my practical home experience and like you all get this and share to coming generation.

Now days this is disappearing this reiki society which is doing working for real spirituality should go to see taste of other milestone, not fixup ownself upto healing and writting there is more which you cann't imagine i am writting because i am indian and other thing somebody in home who done alot.....

main motive we should move more and more and more not fixup upto that point where our seniour left (dr. Usai) he showed the path not end so keep moving not see my example relate to my family see what more we can achieved in this small life that reason i give example of grandpa otherwise i have no need or not my grandpa he already achieved in his life..

All you are capable of this only need idea which i put here.......

I read an old article in an old kindred spirit mag while trying to find a specific article about 2010 (I haven't forgotten that thread wayne) anyway.....there was a lovely interview with a young girl who was a shaman from south america.......she talked about many of the wise shamans that she knows saying that often you could be sat next to one of these wise elders on a bus and not have a clue about it....becasue they are so humble they never talk about their spiritual aabilities or achievments..........just like your grandpa...........and what a wise sentiment 'home is the best place to practice spirituality'...a special man.....thank you for sharing

not butting into these historical details, but this invariably reconfirms the fact that religion (this one or that one) has always a spiritual basis... people who feel offended with religion may change the bitterness to a little sweetness by including the spiritual aspect of religion into the big picutre

Finding this discussion very interesting. Permit me to introduce a bit of humour - I visited Colerado a few years ago and met some Apache Indians. They introduced themselves as they had heard I was a healer. They had pigtails and had on their Indian costumes. I was fascinated by them and all they had to say. As usual I opened my big mouth without thinking and asked what they called healers and one smiled and said "Doctors". We all burst out laughing.

Hi Salman,

I was just thinking about this very point the other day when i was pondering organnized religion.In all fairness religion can become a device of influence for those in power. It can be used as a catch all for personal/political justifacation when doing something of a questionable moral nature on a large scale. There are lots of politicians in the past whom have done questionable things in the name of this faith or that faith.
I agree with you in that we must not forget the roots of religion and we must understand that religious power is as corruptable as the men who have influence over it. A religion is never at fault. The people who interpret and twist it`s meanings for their own gain...well...there we have it!
