I have a mouth full of metal fillings!!....about 13 or 14 on last count!!.....( I have a sweet tooth what can I say?)...I'll probably die of mercury poisoning because of it, but not because Reiki won't meet it's mark! ahahah
personal experience is a good benchmarker
I think Its absolute utter nonsense this getting rid of metal thing when it comes to Reiki....I have offered Reiki to many people who have had metal implants in their bodies....I have also worked with people in wheelchairs and worked with people confined to huge metal hospital beds.....Never ever ever, has the power and spirit of Reiki not reached its mark because of metal!
May I add that wheelchairs and hospital beds
only challenges are, using the traditional hand
positions; a whole other new topic
Most buildings we work in have huge metal girders inside their structure.....this has Never effected the power and spirit of Reiki... offering Distance Reiki is Never effected by the fact that its travelling through space and time and an awful lot of metal to reach its mark!
A good point that I've never heard raised before
The very compounds which make up our physical being, consist of huge amounts of metal!!..my blood is like an iron filing cabinet!! pick up a handful of earth from your garden......and our physical bodies are made up of all the same compounds![]()
Given the unfiltered water we drink, we do not always
know what earthly elements it contains
As has been mentioned, Reiki is a SPIRITUAL energy and as such, works on all levels of being and in ways that very few of us will ever fully comprehend.... every time I offer Reiki to another,it is a completely new learning experience for me....
it seems to defy logic.
Just practice and go with it...the more you practice the more you will realise the power and potential that Reiki has for transformation.... its a wonderful wonderful gift![]()
