Thank you for the warm welcome, Buck and Chi-Solas.
Yes, actually, those posts about Vincent Amador led me to this forum. I'm a strong believer in synchronicity - I probably would never have happened upon RLL if not for that fated Google search. So glad I did!
Unfortunately, I've hit a dead-end finding out any current information about Rev. Storm, except the information from the ElementalReiki site. I was able to download archived copies of his Taokan Reiki manual and I will read that, but I'd really like to find out more about him, his background, what happened to the Reiki Revolution, etc. But he just seems to have fallen off the edge of the earth. I did manage to find out he apparently was living as a monastic in Thailand, so I do hope that all that's happened is that he's simply meditating on a mountaintop somewhere. I do believe he's still around because I found one tiny reference to a Rev. Storm in one of the many newsletters put out by affiliates of the ACIM organization in connection with a contribution he apparently made in honor of an ACIM organization member. But then, how many Reverend Storms are there out there? Could be a totally different J. Storm, I suppose.
As said in the previous posts about Vincent Amador, they come, make their contributions to the Reiki community and then go. Perhaps that was all they were here to do, but it's my understanding that Reiki teachers are supposed to remain available to their students. I guess, the qualification for that would be "if at all possible."
