So, I thought I'd better create a "version 2"...

Sadly no.

I was about to, but The Doctor's arch-enemy: The Master, found out, went back in time and filed his own (successful) trademark application 2 years before me.

Then, in an attempt to undo this, The Doctor went back even further in time, and filed HIS own (successful) trademark application (which meant that the Master's application failed).

So The Master went back even further in time, to file his application - then The Doctor went back yet further - then The Master went back further still, but being a bit too zealous took his Tardis back to a date before the concept of Trademarking was even thought up.

So he had to go back a further century, invent the concept of Trademarking, then travel forward 6 months, where he successfully filed the Universe's very first Trademark : Gallifreyan Reiki....

the outcome being that (for now, at least) The Master has returned home to Gallifrey, and and has changed his name (by Temporal Deed Poll) to:
