Hi All

Here in the UK you can now get your existing Reiki training reviewed against the (National occupational Standards (NOS) and Reiki Core Curriculum by the UK Reiki Fed - a snip at £140! Your courses can be reviewed for £100 each and they offer a lineage tracing service for £20!!

This is apparently "helpful" for those practitioners wishing to apply for registration on Practitioner List of the National Regulator (currently the GRCCT - General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies - and soon also the government backed CNHC - Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).

Any comments?

Yeah, I'm confused!...I need to get back up to scratch with current UK regulation....as I am about to get back into offering reiki regularly.

how did i miss this topic. like i alluded to on facebook, at least one of those organisations had a phoney (or as HE woild put it - flakey Reiki) person in charge of Reiki research. without a doubt the organisations view on reiki would have been influenced by him. it beggers belief anyone could presume to tell me, or others just what is proper or not.
