    Warmest Greetings, Everyone

Post by Sunflower on Thu Mar 24, 2011 4:11 pm

Hello from Massachusetts in USA. My name is Patti, and I'm a new Reiki II as of March 3, 2011. Thank you for providing a site for reiki learning and support. I'm 45, and gently recovering from the loss of my husband 2 years ago. My hope in learning reiki was to find a way to comfort, nurture, and heal others, as well as furthering my own healing journey.

I haven't got much eyesight, so my posts may look rather creative affraid until I learn the site's bells and whistles. Cool Even then, I promise plenty of tpoys. Uh... typos.

My life is simple at this point. I'm eager to learn and grow in my understanding of reiki. Thank you again for having such an informative site. I'm wishing you all a good day today.

PS-- In my avatar, What a Face I'm the one withOUT the pointy ears and long tongue! Wink

Hi Patti. I'm sorry to learn of the loss of your husband. I know those situations are quite painful and that in truth, the pain never truly goes away (perhaps if it did, one would become less human).

Welcome to the Reiki Learning Lounge.

Thank you all so much for the warm welcome. I appreciate your understanding and kindness to me. Reiki truly seems to be full of wonder. I look forward to learning as much as I can here, and to giving back to this community in as supportive a way as I can. Pleased to be getting to know you all better!
