Some of our holiday self talk blues:
I should not be alone this time of year, everyone should be with someone.
I should connect with MY family this time of year.
I can not go on a vacation holiday by myself.
I miss having friendships.
If I were in a relationship I would not be alone now.
I have no friends where I live now and the holidays are making it worse.
I have nothing to do and no parties to attend, no one wants me.

How can Reiki help me get through the holidays

Well, I'm not professional with reiki, but I think you'd better to find a solution for this...
I think you should be responsible for anything you have done in the past,every thing got a re-action.
If I were in your shoes,I would go to a charity or stay some of the holidays with orphans, or maybe I could go to my family and fix every thing again If I were man enough to accept breaking my pride myself to get rid of loneliness.

Reiki has a way of helping find solutions
through balance and harmony it opens doors
that we were unaware of.

Sometimes we get stuck and can not see the
forest for the trees, that's when a Reiki
session helps us un-burden and move our
energy towards positive thinking.

Seeking help in the right places can be a
stepping stone. A place that does not make
you feel shameful/looser is a good start.

its Ok to have a different perspective
there's no right or wrong way to deal with any
situation,We all come from different walks of life
with a variety of experiences. Some of us have
had more life experiences to share.

Staying with Orphans is a beautiful idea.
When I was a teenager my friends and I
would go to the orphange and take a few of
the children out to the park. Bringing them
back to the orphanage was hard. I myself was
an Orphan and fortunate that I lived with my
older brothers/sisters.

Accepting charity depends on your circumstances
it can help one during needy times. Pride can
at times get in the way as some locals Communities
do have gossips that tend to spread other peoples
down falls as shameful.
