reiki sessions often give us a feel of a spiritual experience, or if you choose to describe otherwise, reiki sessions give us a sensation that an energetic 'connection' has been established between us and the client..

within initiations, such 'connection' is more highly visible, and some would say, is the essence of the whole initiation ceremony...

what do you feel about it ? and how do you view about importance of 'rapport' within a reiki session, be it a treatment session or an initiation ??

i do not know about this rapport business, but i get too connected to the person i am doing reiki.

i dont know why. but even if i have to get up and attend to something different , the person continues to receive reiki. it goes by intent now.
