Queen Isabella of Bavaria
was honored when her portrait
appeared as the original
queen of hearts

did you know that when the original
characters of these middle ages card
relics were altered, the public protested.
That must have been an interesting time
period.

A deck of playing cards has less cards
than Tarot which has a pack of 78 cards
considered a map of mental and spiritual
pathways.

I have taken my deck of playing cards
into my volunteer ESL adult classroom.
Using them to teach numbers, designs,
memory, & vocabulary.
