Hiya,
For anyone who wants to have a quick overview of all recently made posts, we have RSS feed on the forum. All you do is type: /RSS onto the end of the forum url.

This looks like : www.reikilearninglounge.com/rss .

You can also subscribe to the RSS feed.

Easy was to subscribe to RSS feed is to click on Reiki digest in our top navigation, then on the right and side select one of the homepage you use. For instance, i use a 'My Yahoo' homepage, so i got an update of all recent posts on my browser homepage, all included in a very nice looking way.
