I would try to make
you understand that a closed
fist and a tight attitude
cannot take in anything new.

i've read some books like this and not to say louise hay's book says this but when i was pregnant with my first child 15 years ago(before starting my reiki journey)i almost miscarried her i later read a book about why your body gets sick and what that means karma wise etc and i read a miscarriage is because on a subconcious level you didn't want to be pregnant. it made me cross my daughter was so wanted so now i am very wary of such books .i read them with caution

The body has its own way of taking
care of health issues. Louise Hay's
was my inspiration to self-heal. I
could not imagine her making such a
statement about miscarring. But I'm
sure there are folks who do believe
that. I know many women who have
miscarried and they very much grieve
that loss. You are wise to read any
book with caution. Your gut/intution
is a good measure of what's best for
you.

ps i have read louise hay and watched her dvd "you can heal your life" and enjoyed it very much
